Position: Production Specialist

Company Overview:
Seoyon E-HWA is a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive interior parts. We are seeking a Production Specialist to support our production operations and ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience with ADP and Microsoft 365 to manage production schedules, data tracking, and workforce coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily production schedules, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet production goals.
- Monitor and report production progress, ensuring that any delays or issues are promptly addressed.
- Use ADP to assist with timekeeping, employee attendance, and payroll data, ensuring accurate records.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for production needs.
- Foster continuous learning, focusing on safety, quality, and process efficiency.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to track production data, generate reports, and communicate across departments.
- Maintain and update production tracking documents, schedules, and inventory logs using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist the production team in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce production costs.
- Ensure that production processes adhere to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing documentation for quality audits and regulatory compliance.
- Track production metrics, such as units produced, efficiency, and downtime, and generate regular performance reports.
- Assist in analyzing production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or related field
- 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Familiarity with ADP timekeeping systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive parts manufacturing industry.
