Production Team Member

Position: Production Team Member

Status: Fulltime Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed. 

Location: Bloomingdale, GA

Seoyon E-Hwa is a leading automotive parts manufacturing company specializing in precision injection molding solutions. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, our primary focus involves offering Tier 1 manufacturing support to the automotive OEM’s. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Production Team Member to join our manufacturing team.

Position Overview:

As a Production Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your responsibilities will involve actively participating in various stages of production, from preparation to completion, to meet our company's quality and efficiency standards. Your duties may include operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring the production process, and ensuring quality control standards are met. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Assemble components or parts to form finished products.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Participate in training and development activities as required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years experience in Manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to operate machinery and tools safely and effectively.
• Automotive industry knowledge preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects frequently and for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead.
• Tolerance for working in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
