Position: Quality Supervisor
Status: Fulltime, Exempt
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team of quality control team members, develop and implement quality control processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring all quality standards are adhered to.
- Oversee the inspection and testing of automotive parts to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications.
- Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
- Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
- Generate quality reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and recommending solutions.
- Address customer concerns related to quality, ensuring timely resolutions and preventive measures.
- Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) highly desired.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of automotive industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., CMM, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
