Job Role
The Quality Testing Manager at Seoyon North America ensures the reliability of automotive parts through rigorous testing and verification processes. This role requires expertise in managing ISO 17025(KOLAS) certification, calibrating testing equipment, and implementing quality measures.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify product standards during development and mass production stages
- Identify and address product defects
- Develop and implement quality improvement plans
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in quality testing
- Proficient in English and Korean languages
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with ISO 17025 (KOLAS) certification
- Knowledge of international testing standards (ISO, KS, ASTM)
- Calibration and maintenance expertise
