Job Description
The Quality Testing Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability of interior and exterior automotive parts manufactured by Seoyon North America. This involves verifying standards during development and mass production stages, identifying good and defective products, and providing guidance for improvement while maintaining traceability.
Responsibilities
- Manage ISO 17025(KOLAS) certification
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment and measuring instruments
- Identify key quality factors and implement special management measures for frequently failing items
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality testing
- English - Korean bilingual
Preferred
- Experience in completing or auditing ISO 17025 (KOLAS) certification
- Ability to analyze international standards and testing regulations (ISO, KS, ASTM, etc.)
- Expertise in calibration and maintenance of testing equipment
