Position Summary: We are seeking an imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Specialist to join our marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for creating compelling visual and written content that supports strategic marketing initiatives across companies within Meier Industries. The ideal candidate will excel in graphic design, content creation, and multimedia storytelling, driving engagement and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Design:
- Develop engaging visual assets, including graphics, illustrations, infographics, social media content, and promotional materials to be used across multiple channels.
- Design and produce multimedia content such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Create high-quality written content, including blogs, case studies, email marketing copy, and website content that aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across various marketing channels and platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other business unit leaders to execute brand positioning and messaging strategies.
Social Media and Digital Engagement:
- Generate creative content tailored specifically for social media platforms and digital marketing channels.
- Assist in content scheduling, posting, and community engagement to amplify brand reach and audience interaction.
Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments (Sales, Engineering, etc) to support marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Assist with the creation of technical content designed to clearly communicate product features and benefits to targeted industry audiences.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Support the Chief Operating Officer in tracking content performance, analyzing engagement metrics, and providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Adapt content based on data-driven insights and feedback to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), video editing tools, and multimedia software.
- Exceptional creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital marketing platforms (HubSpot, Google Analytics, social media management tools).
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
