What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loss Prevention Ambassador position at Sephora?
Key Responsibilities:
- Heighten and maintain store Asset Protection awareness through regular meetings and trainings.
- Demonstrate Sephora values by providing exceptional customer service and supporting store leadership and staff during peak hours.
- Utilize CCTV systems and exception-based reporting to investigate internal and external losses as directed by the DAPM.
- Prepare timely and complete reports on theft incidents, merchandise recoveries, accident investigations, and audits.
- Adhere to all laws and Sephora policies concerning apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation.
- Testify in court on behalf of the company in any case, criminal or civil, to which you are summoned.
- Provide support and work in multiple store locations if hired in a multi-store area.
