Key Responsibilities:
Location- Dover, NH
Shift- All available
Contract Length- 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and grooming tasks
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility and range of motion exercises
- Provide nutritional support and assist with feeding
- Observe and report any changes in patients' condition
- Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of nursing staff
- Establish and maintain effective communication with patients and their families
- Ensure patients' comfort and safety at all times
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized patient care environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA/LNA training program
- Current CPR certification
- Understanding of medical terminology and basic healthcare practices
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Physical ability to lift and move patients with assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism
- Experience in elderly care or long-term care settings is preferred
