Key Responsibilities
Startup & Installation: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment, oversee and assist customers with equipment unpacking and initial setup, validate system installation, test and verify robot functionality, program and configure robotic systems to meet production specifications.
Repair & Service: Utilize diagnostic tools and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve equipment issues, conduct inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and execute necessary repairs.
Customer Training & Support: Provide hands-on, on-site training for customers on robot operation, programming, and maintenance, offer remote troubleshooting and technical support via the Sepro Hot Line.
Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports and maintain records of modifications and repairs.
