Program Overview & Structure
One-Year Internship Program – Gain extensive hands-on experience across various trades and field management:
First 3 Phases: Rotations Through Key Trades
Interns rotate through concrete, carpentry, and steel, spending time in each area to develop a well-rounded skill set.

- Assist with job site tasks, tool handling, and material preparation.
- Work under skilled tradespeople while gaining exposure to teamwork and safety protocols.
Final Phase: Working with Superintendents & Field Management
Interns transition from trade rotations to working directly with superintendents and field management, focusing on leadership, project coordination, and real-world execution.
- Project Coordination: Assist with scheduling, material logistics, and workforce management.
- Site Supervision: Observe and support job site safety compliance, inspections, and quality control.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Learn to assess site challenges and contribute to solutions.
- Communication & Leadership: Participate in subcontractor meetings, client updates, and team collaboration efforts.
