What You'll Do
As the Marketing & Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of strengthening Septagon’s market position. You’ll wear a lot of hats—and we mean that in the best way. This role blends marketing, strategy, branding, and business development into one powerhouse position:
- Develop and lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media
- Create standout proposals & brochures that win business
- Refine internal processes—lead tracking, proposals, CRM systems, and more
- Manage branding consistency across all touchpoints
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor trends
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies and performance targets
- Boost client engagement—and employee engagement, too
