Responsibilities:
As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for performing routine dental cleanings and oral maintenance, conducting oral health assessments, and taking dental X-rays. You will educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care and assist dentists during exams and treatments. In addition, you will maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with all industry regulations and following sterilization and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, you must have an Associate or Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program. Additionally, you must possess an active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Strong communication skills and a passion for patient care are essential, and you should have the ability to work effectively as part of a team to deliver the highest level of dental care.
