Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Wausau, WI working at a large growing private practice

Beautiful State of the Art building on the top of the hill in Wausau. Overlooking the town. Has 11 Ops, with surgical suite for placing implants. Six operatories are used for operative work and five operatories are filled with hygienist. Everyday has a minimum of five hygienists.
This practice is producing over 7million per year in production and the lead dentist is passionate about dentistry and teaches advanced dentistry skills to the new dentists including Implant placement and posterior endodontics. This is an ideal learning environment and combines with the great opportunity to earn an incredible pay check to get out of school loan debt quickly!
The office is equipped with everything you need to do Oral Surgery, Endo and even placing Implants. On site mentorship and guidance is available. There has been nothing spared in this office. Digital sensors, CBCT/Pan machine, supplies are all stored in tip-out bins for easy stocking and visability. Sterilization includes instruments in standardized cassettes with a hydrim. Tokens are given to the children to choose from the toy machines on the wall. There is a beverage cart in the waiting room stocked with coffee, water, sugar free soda and juices.
Computers in every operator with TVs on the ceiling for the patients viewing. There is a well seasoned team of Administrators that can keep the schedule booked to maximum efficiency, top notch assistants who have been groomed to perform at a very high level and hygienist who have excellent co-diagnosis skills. Current office hours are Monday Thursday from 7:00 am 5:00 pm and Fridays from 7:00 am 3:00 pm. Doctors schedules are maxed out at 32 hours per week.
