Responsibilities

• Maintaining and improving existing data processing workflows and infrastructure (Python, NextFlow, AWS Athena); ensuring data integrity
• Designing and implementing new cloud data stores, and data processing and analysis pipelines for scientific data sets
• Improving data access through organization and implementation of data visualization tools
• Actively collaborating with scientists to identify and solve bottlenecks around data analysis workflows, and to bring creative approaches to elucidate insights from a variety of data sources

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in South San Francisco, CA is $130,000 - $185,000. Individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including, and without limitation, job-related skills, experience, work location and relevant education or training. Septerna's compensation package also includes benefits, stock options, and annual target bonus for full-time positions.
