Septic Solutions is a growing family owned and operated business looking to add a member to our order entry and customer service team. Our company focuses on providing the industry septic system and wastewater related products via e-commerce, retail, and wholesale. We are an industry leader and pioneer with an over 20-year history of continual growth and success looking for a motivated individual to join our team to perform in the roles of order and data entry, office assistant, and customer service.

Key Roles Details:
Order Processing and Fulfillment
· Create invoices for incoming orders by entering customer and order data into the ERP system (QuickBooks).
· Create and process FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipping labels.
· Occasionally pick, pack, and ship orders when necessary.
Customer Service
· The individual will perform customer service by answering incoming phone calls, live chats through the website, and responding to email inquiries.
· The individual will be expected to support customers with basic product questions, order inquiries, shipping status and delivery issues, warranty claims, etc.
· The individual will be expected to be able to manage disputes with dissatisfied customers and determine satisfactory resolutions with the assistance of management.
Office Assistant
· The individual will enter data and record information as needed.
· The individual will help organize and maintain office common areas.
· The individual will perform general office clerk duties and errands.
The Most Qualified Candidates Will Have:
· Associates Degree or Equivalent
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to communicate in a professional manner to the customers, vendors, and fellow employees
· Ability to self-motivate, multi-task, work independently and as part of a team
· Capability of prioritizing tasks and driving performance to accomplish goals
· Desire to be a successful contributing part of a well-established growth company
