The Job
We are seeking talented individuals to help drive the success of youth in our communities. As a Direct Care Staff you will provide direct supervision to adolescents ages 12 -18 and / or adults. You will serve as a role model and provide support & structure to the residents
in our care.
Snapshot of Daily Duties
- Ensuring all client needs are met including but not limited to : meals provided, medications administered as prescribed,
all documentation completed by the end of the shift (DAPs, communication log, monthly reports, QA's and incident reports as needed);
