Job Description
The program coordinator is a key position in our agency, responsible for keeping our teams organized and work flow smoothly. This role works closely with program managers, supervisors, directors, compliance, and our HR department to manage all mandatory documentation, send weekly reports to supervisors, maintain and manage records and staff equipment, and assist with orientations and onboarding of new staff.
Responsibilities
- Manage mandatory documentation and maintain accurate records
- Send weekly reports to supervisors and maintain open communication channels
- Assist with orientations and onboarding of new staff members
- Support program managers and supervisors with daily tasks and responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with different systems and effectively communicating with multiple groups/individuals
- Knowledgeable about behavioral and/or home health agencies and has a positive outlook, is conscientious, organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
