Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled program coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing documentation, sending reports, and providing support to our team members.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of documentation, including reports and records
- Provide exceptional support to program managers, supervisors, and directors
- Assist with orientations and onboarding of new staff
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working with different systems and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of behavioral and/or home health agencies and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
