Job Overview
Reporting to the VP, Commercial Product, the Director of Employer Product will lead the development and execution of the employer product strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally, leveraging their commercial product management experience to drive product success and contribute to Sequel Med Tech's overall business objectives.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
- Strategy Development: Define the strategy for Sequel Med Tech's employer product, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Marketing Content Development: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop compelling marketing content tailored for target clients.
- Partnership Strategy: Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy, including structure, business model, and a target list of potential collaborators.
- Operationalization: Work cross-functionally to operationalize the employer product program, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Pilot Launch and Case Studies: Plan and execute pilot launches, gathering insights and developing case studies to showcase the success of the employer product.
- Reporting and KPIs: Develop and implement reporting mechanisms and key performance indicators (KPIs) both for internal use and to showcase value to clients.
- Pricing Structure: Define and implement a pricing structure for the employer product, considering market dynamics and competitive positioning.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
- 5 years of experience in commercial product management for a healthcare product
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to both lead strategy and develop content for employer product team
- Experience with the diabetes therapeutic area preferred
- Demonstrated skill in product analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in the Manchester, NH office a few times a month as needed
