In this role, you will be responsible for managing third-party medical account collections, working with individuals who have outstanding medical bills to ensure timely and effective resolution. - Contact individuals with outstanding medical balances to arrange payment solutions.
- Manage third-party medical account collections with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts.
- Communicate effectively with patients and insurance companies regarding outstanding balances.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
Collections experience (1st or 3rd party) or billing experience.- Must have experience in medical collections.
- Strong sales (outbound calling) experience is preferred.
- Completed 2nd Application.
- EZ Score of 40 or higher.
- Updated and detailed resume showcasing relevant experience.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
