We have an astounding opportunity for a Director of Operational Support to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry. In this role you will report directly to the COO and you will play an important role in developing operational strategy / omni channel communications. We offer an opportunity for the right person to utilize their strong analytical and statistical skills along with their knowledge of Business Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing data, solving problems, increasing efficiencies and have an understanding of operational processes.
Responsibilities :
- Liaison between Operations, Compliance, IT, and our CEO.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify, through data science and analysis, operational areas of improved efficiencies.
- Compile and communicate statistical data in line with operational standards to ownership and key executives / board members.
- Identify potential opportunities and efficiencies while capitalizing on new innovative processes and methodologies.
- Recommend and implement operational techniques and methodologies that ensure highest level of environment availability.
- Design and delivery of presentations for existing and potential new clients.
