What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Operations position at Sequoia Care?
Regional Director of Operations (OTA, OTR, PT, PTA or SLP licensure required)
This position requires a minimum of two years Regional experience in the skilled nursing setting as well as extensive travel working with facilities in Florida and other states as requested. Candidates must reside in Florida to be considered.

The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall management of Therapy Operations in the assigned region(s), in accordance with established policies, procedures, and practices of the company under the direction of the Director of Operations.
What you offer:
- Graduate of accredited program in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech language pathology with active and unencumbered state licensure
- Minimum of five (5) years as a licensed therapist
- Minimum of two ( 2) years’ experience as a multi-site Regional Director in the long-term care/skilled nursing setting required.
- In-depth knowledge of industry rules and regulations as well as PDPM
- Familiarity with software e.g. Net Health, Microsoft Office, preferred
- Assume responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development to maintain current licensure and/or certification.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and people skills
