This opening is for a dual-site Community Manager in Walnut Creek, CA.
Qualifications
Must haves:

- Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field
- High school diploma or GED
Great to haves:
- Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 / year plus quarterly bonuses.
