Ordering Specialist - 90% virtual / 10% in person (Sacramento/Roseville area) Part-time

The Ordering Specialist is responsible for accurately processing and managing student orders while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include handling purchase orders, communicating with vendors, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with school policies. This role requires proficiency in tools such as Google Drive, Zoom, Ordering System and Excel, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Additional tasks include credit card reconciliation, verifying pricing, and adhering to vendor guidelines.
