The Executive Director represents the community to residents and their families, employees, prospects, and the local business community. The Executive Director is responsible for executing strategies and initiatives to consistently deliver results which are consistent with and advance the mission, core values and brand of the organization. The Executive Director’s role is pivotal in steering the community towards a sustainable future.
