What You’ll Do
As the Client Services Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families seeking in-home care services. You’ll guide them through the inquiry process, track important data, and support our marketing and administrative efforts. Your key responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to service inquiries
- Tracking and reporting key metrics such as call volume, assessments scheduled, and follow-ups
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data in our CRM system
- Coordinating and sending informational materials to prospective clients
- Supporting marketing efforts and managing lead tracking
- Assisting with special projects, reporting, and analysis as needed
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and has great communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1 year of administrative or office support experience (required)
- Experience in marketing or CRM systems (preferred)
- College coursework or a degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
- A team-oriented attitude and the ability to work independently
Schedule & Pay
- This position is in-person at our Santa Rosa office in Oakmont
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- $25 per hour
