Responsibilities
- Full-charge Bookkeeping
- Bank and investment account reconciliation
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Support budgeting activities by gathering data and preparing reports.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software for efficient financial management.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations in all accounting practices.
- Assist in governmental accounting tasks and public accounting projects as needed.
- Provide support for financial services, including data entry and report generation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an accounting role is required, with a focus on full-charge accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation, SOX compliance, and GAAP standards is essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
