Duties:
- Provide direct patient care and assist with patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Assist with procedures such catheter changes, feeding tube changes, and wound care
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records (EMR) system Matrixcare
- Coordinate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and medication administration
- Assist with the management of durable medical equipment (DME) and supplies
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse preferred
- Medication administration experience
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical records
