Sequoyah Pointe Living Center -
We are looking for an RN with LTC experience to join our team as the MDS Coordinator. We offer competitive pay, training, PTO, health, dental, vision and other supplemental insurances.
To qualify for this position you must :
- have an active RN license
- maintain a professional appearance and attitude -knowledge of PDPM -PCC experience In this position, you will be responsible for completing all care plans and assessments needed to complete the MDS. As the MDS coordinator you must be able to effectively communicate with and interview our residents. You will be required to set up an effective calendar schedule for care plan meetings with residents & family members & MDS due dates. You will be a resident advocate! As an MDS coordinator we expect professionalism & for you to be able to communicate with other staff members.
Comprehensive training will be provided to assure your success as an MDS Coordinator with our company.
