Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioners to join our healthcare team with the Colville Indian Health Center.
This is a full-time contract position requiring NO weekends, NO overnights, and NO on-call availability. The job involves providing comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in two locations: Omak, WA, and Nespelem, WA.
Background:
The Indian Health Service (IHS) is an agency within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services responsible for providing federal health services to American Indians and Alaska Natives.
The IHS provides comprehensive, culturally acceptable personal and public health services to approximately 1.5 million American Indians and Alaska Natives belonging to more than 557 federally recognized tribes in 34 states.
Job Requirements:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages
- Work in remote and rural areas served by the Indian Health Service
Compensation and Benefits:
$90-$105 per hour
