What are the responsibilities and job description for the Roofing Admin/Project scheduler position at SER Tampa?
We are looking for an administrative project scheduler to add to our team. This person will be responsible for coordinating roof replacement projects from the awarded stage through to the completion stage. Duties included in this position are as follows: obtaining all paperwork from customers, coordinating schedules with field crews, arranging deliveries of dumpsters and materials and scheduling of all building inspections. This position includes heavy customer correspondence via email and phone and a professional demeanor is necessary. You will also be working closely with our Field Superintendent on a daily basis. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Office hours are 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday. We are an EOE employer with paid vacation and holidays after a probationary period. Applicant must be extremely organized and be a team player. Pay will be dependent upon experience.
