Well established home care company in Rockland County is seeking an RN to care for patients in their assisted living facility.
Rates: $40 - $45 per hour
3, 10 hour shifts: Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7am - 5pm
The Adult Care Facility Nursing Case Manager is an essential component of the certified agency team. It is a Registered Professional Nurse who administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring professional nursing service in an adult care facility.

What We're Looking For:
- NYS RN license.
- CHHA Experience preferred.
- 1-2 years clinical experience.
- Excellent clinical skills.
- Computer literacy.
