Large Licensed Home Care Agency (LHCSA) has many cases available in White Plains, NY.
RN will have the ability to create their own schedule!
Ideal candidate will have 1 years of home care experience
Rates:
$120 Initial assessment
$110 Reassessment
$100 Supervision of HHAs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting field assessments and supervising home health aides.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patients physician and with the States Scope of Practice for Professional Nursing
- Adhere to patient care policies and procedures including the implementation of patient rights and responsibilities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current and Valid NYS RN License
- Must carry Medical Professional Liability coverage
- Intermediate ability to use computerized systems such as Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, HHAeXchange
- Experience in Home & Community based or Long Term Care services delivery preferred
