Large Regional Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) is seeking a full time RN to see patients in the Bronx only. Salary up to $110k $15k sign on bonus, $10k tuition reimbursement.

Schedule Monday - Friday, No Weekends!
Duties
- Assess and monitor patients' health status, including vital signs and developmental milestones.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions, treatment plans, and caregiving techniques.
- Document medical information accurately in patient records, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
- Perform wound care and other specialized nursing procedures as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in pediatric nursing.

Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Experience in pediatrics or related fields such as long-term care, hospital or adult home care
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and their families.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient-centered care.
