With over 21 years of experience in Clinical Research Management (Phases I-IV) and Clinical Sample Collection Trials for the diagnostic and biotechnology industries, we specialize in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality clinical research solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize our daily operations. The COO will work closely with the CEO to drive operational excellence, financial sustainability, and business growth while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required.

  • A Master's in Health Administration (MHA) or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Experience & Technical Skills :

    • Proven leadership experience in business management, healthcare administration, or clinical research operations.

  • Knowledge of CPT / ICD-9 coding, reimbursement systems, and financial analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with billing, collections, and insurance claims processing.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with third-party reimbursement guidelines and procedures.
  • Core Competencies :

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to implement operational improvements.

    • Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
  • Occasional lifting and moving of items up to 20 pounds.
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, and stooping.

  • Employment Type : Full-time, Exempt
  • Salary Range : $97,000 per year (Non-Negotiable)
  • Reports to : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
