Seraphine Therapy & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated psychotherapist to join our small private practice. This position is part-time or full-time, with a caseload that will build over time. We provide a steady stream of referrals, office space, and furniture, allowing you to focus on your clients and professional growth.

Our practice is rooted in principles of emotional awareness, connection, and safety. We emphasize somatic-based approaches, trauma-informed care, and holistic therapeutic modalities.

- Free supervision for LLMSWs provided by the owner
- Financial support for training in EMDR, IFS, or somatic therapy
- A collaborative space designed for future growth and expansion
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy to teens and adults
- Maintain ethical, client-centered, and trauma-informed therapeutic practices
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a strong sense of community
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Limited or fully licensed in Michigan as an LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LMFT, or equivalent
- Interest in somatic therapy, EMDR, or IFS (training support available)
- Strong understanding of trauma, attachment, dissociation, and relational dynamics
- Ability to work with clients experiencing OCD, anxiety, depression, burnout, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and self-identity concerns
- Experience and/or comfort working with LGBTQIA , BIPOC, and neurodivergent communities
- Commitment to maintaining a nurturing, warm, and inclusive therapeutic space
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team
- This is a contract position (1099), with a competitive split or fee-for-service arrangement
- Compensation is based on licensed status and caseload size.
- While we do not currently offer health insurance or benefits, we are working toward providing these in the future
- Financial assistance for advanced clinical training and certifications
