A Day-in-the-Life:
Client Engagement & Change Strategy (up to 75% Billable)
- Develop and execute change strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through cultural and operational shifts.
- Conduct stakeholder assessments, readiness evaluations, and impact analyses.
- Provide hands-on support for high-profile clients facing complex change challenges.
- Develop and Lead user training sessions to ensure long-term adoption.
- Monitor key financial metrics like pipeline, bookings, and revenue.
- Track change success metrics, adoption rates, and engagement.
- Oversee and promote bootcamps, workshops, and training offerings.
- Mentor internal teams on change management best practices.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to define project scope.
- Develop standardized toolkits, frameworks, and best practices for change management.
- Represent Sercante through blogs, events, and industry discussions.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change strategies into implementations.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or user adoption strategies.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and CRM implementations preferred.
- Ability to assess stakeholder readiness and build tailored change strategies.
- Experience in training, facilitating workshops, and coaching end users.
- Excellent communication and influence skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and drive measurable change adoption.
