Experienced Business Financial Professional INTEL TS / SCI with POLY REQUIRED

Position Description :

Serco supports the US Government customer on a long-term contract providing broad expertise in DoD acquisition management, DoD contracting, or DoD contract management. Our team provides business support and expertise to include tracking program status, monitoring cost, schedule and contract performance. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer to deliver business expertise with an emphasis on contracts, finance, and customer service. Our managers on this team are seasoned Serco personnel who are available and responsive to ensure your success!

In this role, you will :

• Assist in the execution of the Programs Budget through the creation / maintenance of spend plans, requisitions, and their supporting documents.
• Coordinate financial data with appropriate Government officials such as Business Financial Managers, Program Managers, Contract Managers, Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialists.
• Contribute to the maintenance of current resources to support the day-to-day mission activities.

In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $96,936.08 to $157,519.86; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education / training, and key skills.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will have :

In lieu of a degree, Program Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or DAWIA Level I in Business / Financial Management and three (3) years of directly related experience for a total of eleven (11) years of DoD / IC purchasing / finance experience or thirteen (13) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial purchasing / finance experience may be substituted OR
