Team Submarine’s Submarine COLUMBIA Class Program Office is responsible for: The construction of COLUMBIA Class submarines, financial and budget management, shipyard support of submarines, vendor support of submarines, logistical support, quality assurance (SUBSAFE), and post-delivery submarine certifications and test programs.

The Team Submarine concept unifies once diverse submarine-related activities into a single submarine-centric organization with the goal of eliminating traditional stovepipe structures and processes that created impediments and inefficiencies in the submarine research, development, acquisition, and maintenance communities. Team Submarine provides improved communication among the various offices that contribute to the overall success of the United States Submarine Force.

In this role, you will:

• Facilitate and support Project CORAL software development.
• Facilitate Authority to Operate (ATO) work to operate developed software.
• Create and maintain a central repository for all integrated logistics support (ILS).
• Coordinate with Project Blue and stakeholders to manage the development of software.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Must be able to obtain/maintain a Secret Clearance. 
• A bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience. 

• An advanced MS Office skillset to include Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel. 

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment accepting emergent tasking with little to no supervision and/or direction.   

• Discretion in performing specified work requirements. 

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with a vast team of diverse professionals. 

• Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as work independently and with sufficient knowledge to present projects to senior management. 
• Ability to travel 25%.

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Any experience serving on submarines is a plus.
• PMP Certification.

In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $70,354.27 to $114,327.13; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
