SERCO of TEXAS / Child Care Services is seeking to hire a Provider Service Manager.
Summary of Duties:
Provides day to-day supervision and direction to the Compliance, Financial, and Provider Services department. The Provider Service Manager will review the process of claims, the process of Compliance, and oversee the Child Development Specialist. Perform any combination of routine calculating and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. Will also check the accuracy of figure calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other employees. To perform this job successfully, the Provider Services Manager must be able to perform each duty assigned to the employees in each department mentioned above.
Minimum Requirements:
A four (4) year degree from an accredited college /university plus two (2) years of related experience or sixty (60) hours of college with three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination. Ability to perform complex calculations, use personal computer skills, and learn proprietary software. Able to interpret and explain policies and procedures for three departments.
