Serefina, LLC. Seeks a full-time Supply Management Specialistto work at its office in San Mateo, CA. Candidate must have at least a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management or Operations Management or Business Administration, with 12 months of prior Supply Chain Analyst or Production Planner or Operations Specialist or Supply Management Specialist experience. Domestic travel is required 3-5 times a year to attend tradeshows and client meetings in Arizona, Las Vegas, and New York, with each trip lasting 2 days. Candidate duties will include : Contact potential suppliers to determine material availability.Track and manage delivery schedules of materials and finished products to guarantee their timely arrival.Generate regular reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for strategic decision-making.Coordinate and execute material movement, receiving, and inventory transactions.Develop and maintain inventory management processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and stock level monitoring.Implement technical project management tools to optimize the production schedule.Manage availability and allocation of materials, suppliers and finished products.Analyze transportation routes, and shipping methods to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.Candidate must possess at least 12 months of work experience using Intuit QuickBooks, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power Bi, MicroStrategy and ERP. Any experience in managing international shipping operations, international procurement, and overseeing production cycle timelines and processes is required.
