Ecommerce Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Site Optimization & Monthly Product Launches :
• Master ecommerce technology tools (Ampliance, Constructor, Elastic Path, Yotpo) to elevate the online customer experience.
• Launch new products seamlessly on the website.
• Visually merchandise important category product pages.
• Utilize insights from Constructor.io, GA4, and market trends to recommend optimizations for key categories.
• Load and manage brand imagery within a content management system.
• Load and manage product copy for brand consistency.
• Collaborate with merchandising to enhance the online experience for our offerings.
• Brand Content & Promotions :
• Update website content in alignment with promotional and brand calendars.
• Work alongside the Ecommerce Associate to create effective linking strategies that highlight core brand stories and enhance site content pages.
• Support the Digital Marketing Team in gathering and publishing user-generated content.
• Create new product grids in collaboration with Marketing to align with brand narratives or promotional needs.
• Assist with promotional setups, including linking strategies and creating new shops for events or new site content.
• Contribute actively in cross-functional meetings to achieve business objectives.
• Assist team members with various tasks and projects as needed.

Salary : $67,000 - $70,000
