Reporting directly to the Ecommerce Associate, this role calls for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a proactive attitude, is detail-oriented, and has a passion for ecommerce and home design.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Site Optimization & Monthly Product Launches :
Gain proficiency in ecommerce platforms (Ampliance, Constructor, Elastic Path, Yotpo) and utilize your skills to enhance the online customer experience.
Manage the website launch of new products.
Create visually appealing merchandising for key product category pages.
Analyze insights from Constructor.io, GA4, and market trends to identify opportunities for category improvements and optimizations.
Upload and organize brand visuals within our content management system.
Write and manage brand product descriptions.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure optimal online presentation of our products.
Brand Content & Promotions :
Refresh website content to align with promotional activities and brand initiatives.
In collaboration with the Ecommerce Associate, develop linking strategies that enhance brand messaging and site content.
Work with the Digital Marketing Team to mine and publish user-generated content effectively.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create product grids that align with brand stories and promotional strategies.
Assist in setting up promotional activities, including developing linking strategies and constructing new shops to support site events or new content launches.
Actively participate in cross-functional meetings to align with business goals.
Provide support to team members on various tasks and projects as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS :
1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in ecommerce or retail.
Bachelor's degree.
A genuine passion for ecommerce and interior design.
Enthusiastic about working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Ability to foster effective relationships with team members and cross-functional partners.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Efficient time management skills.
Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn from data insights.
Strong problem-solving aptitude with a focus on implementing effective solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

COMPENSATION :
The anticipated starting base salary for this role is between $67k and $70k annually, based on experience, education, and skills.

In the first year of employment, full-time employees will accrue twenty-one days of PTO and receive seven paid holidays throughout the year.
