As a Design Shop Advisor, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will collaborate with our team of experts to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of our brand.
Your primary focus will be on providing personalized design advice, product knowledge, and customer service to our clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing and stocked selling floor, assisting in receiving shipments, transfers, and merchandising, and resolving client needs quickly and efficiently.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, and the ability to sell using product knowledge, brand inspiration, and design/decor expertise.
Key qualifications include:
