Design Shop Leader
Serena & Lily is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Shop Leader to lead our interior design shop. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a strong brand presence through effective visual merchandising and store displays
- Lead a team of designers and sales associates in providing outstanding client service and meeting sales targets

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in the interiors/home furnishings field
