As a Design Shop Advisor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional client experiences through personalized design advice, product knowledge, and unparalleled customer service. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, driving sales growth, and upholding the Serena & Lily brand ethos.
You will work closely with our team of experts to deliver exceptional client experiences, maintain a visually appealing and stocked selling floor, and assist in receiving shipments, transfers, and merchandising. Your ability to communicate effectively, build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and drive sales goals will be essential to your success.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, and the ability to sell using product knowledge, brand inspiration, and design/decor expertise.
