Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Floater to join our educational team in a full-time capacity. As a Floater, you will provide support across multiple classrooms, assisting teachers and students in their learning journey. This role is crucial in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment while ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers by assisting with lesson implementation and classroom management.
- Engage with students to promote literacy education and math skills through interactive activities.
- Implement behavior management strategies to foster a respectful and conducive learning atmosphere.
- Assist in standardized testing preparation and administration as needed.
- Provide individualized support to students requiring early intervention or additional tutoring.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all materials are readily available for use.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create an inclusive environment that supports childhood development.
Experience
- Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly in private schools or Montessori environments, is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with literacy education, math instruction, and standardized testing procedures is highly desirable.
- Experience in behavior management techniques to support diverse learners effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students.
