**Salary Range: $16.5 to $18 per hour**
**Job Overview:**
At Serendipity Creek Childcare Center, we are seeking a motivated and flexible Full Time Floater to join our team. As a Full Time Floater, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages in various classrooms throughout the center. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has a passion for early childhood education.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and activities- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for all children
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Help with meal times, diaper changes, and nap times as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
**Requirements:**
High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting preferred
- Flexibility to work in different classrooms throughout the day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass a background check (Note: In accordance with state regulations, we are not allowed to inquire about criminal backgrounds during the hiring process)
