Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Experience Coordinator located in St. Louis, MO. The Experience Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations at the lab, including ensuring high service standards for members, coordinating events and meetings, and managing the reception area. Additional responsibilities include handling member inquiries, conducting tours for potential members, and supporting the overall community experience.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in coworking or hospitality industry is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
