Schedule:
We are looking for the following:
- Monday-Friday 800A-500P availability.
- Monday-Friday 1200-800P availability.
Pay:
- All Residential Cleaning Technicians start at $16.00 per hour.
- We do not have a set pay raise schedule. Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased to $17.00 within 1-3 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.
- Top pay for our Cleaning Technician’s is $21.00.
- Paid weekly - every Friday, via direct deposit.
- Travel pay - see travel below.
Service Area & Travel:
- Travel is expected. We have an office in Black River Falls, Sparta & La Crosse; we service locations within 30 miles of each office. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee.
- You are required to travel up to 60 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel.
- You are paid $12.00, while driving.
- Gas stipends are calculated each day by how many miles you drive. This is to help offset the cost of gas you are putting into your vehicle and then the wear and tear on your vehicle as well. Mileage per day & stipend amount: 0-10: $5, 11-20: $10, 21-35: $15, 36-50: $20, 51 : $25
